The seat surfaces are constructed using 6 pieces of 1st-class imported Siberian pine measuring 4.2 cm x 9.2 cm x 190 cm.

The backrest surfaces are constructed using 4 pieces of 1st-class imported Siberian pine measuring 4.2 cm x 9.2 cm x 190 cm.

1st-class imported pine timber has been used for the main body.

The connection posts between the roof and the base feature 8.2 cm x 8.2 cm cross-section wooden material, with curves achieved through lamination technology using 1st-class fir timber and polyurethane glue.

The roof features 4 pieces with 3.8 cm x 8 cm cross-sections and 4 pieces with 3.8 cm x 6 cm cross-sections, while the table legs feature 4 pieces (2 right, 2 left) with 3.8 cm x 8 cm cross-sections; all made of fir wood with curves achieved through lamination technology using polyurethane glue.

Each slat used in the lamination system consists of a single piece with no joints in the intermediate layers.

All curved products manufactured using the lamination system have been curved using D4 glue, which is an air-drying, polyurethane-based adhesive suitable for outdoor weather conditions.

The wooden materials have undergone a coloring process using FX 6100 impregnation with a water-based, pure acrylic base that dries through the evaporation of water and solvent.

The wooden materials have been finished with an air-drying, two-component outdoor polyurethane varnish applied over the water-based colored impregnating paint.

The screws used have a black oxide coating on visible surfaces and a zinc coating elsewhere.

All wood used has been kiln-dried to reduce the moisture content to 10%.
