MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Please read the following agreement carefully before becoming a member of our site.
1. Parties
a) Woodzanya Kent Ekipmanları ve Dış Mekan Mobilyaları, residing at Barbaros Mah. Atatürk Cad. No:27 İç Kapı No:B Başiskele/Kocaeli, which carries out the activities of the woodzanya.com website
b) The internet user ("Member") who becomes a member of the woodzanya.com website
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of the member's use of the website woodzanya.com, owned by Woodzanya.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the woodzanya.com website is accurate before the law, and that they will fully and immediately indemnify Woodzanya for all damages that may arise due to the untruthfulness of this information.
3.2. The member cannot give the password given to them by Woodzanya to any other person or organization; the right to use the password in question belongs personally to the member. For this reason, Woodzanya reserves all rights to claim any compensation or other demands arising from such unauthorized use against any claims and demands that may be brought against Woodzanya by third parties or authorized authorities, along with all responsibility that may arise from this.
3.3. The member agrees and undertakes from the beginning to comply with and not violate the legal provisions while using the woodzanya.com website. Otherwise, all legal and penal liabilities that may arise will bind the member entirely and exclusively.
3.4. The member may not use the woodzanya.com website in any way that disturbs public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs or harasses others, is for an illegal purpose, or infringes upon the intellectual and copyright rights of others. Furthermore, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, viruses, trojans, etc.) that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.
3.5. The ideas and thoughts declared, written, or used by members on the woodzanya.com website are entirely the members' own personal opinions and bind the owner of the opinion. These opinions and thoughts have no connection or link with Woodzanya. Woodzanya has no responsibility for any damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the member, or for any damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by third parties.
3.6. Woodzanya will not be responsible for the unauthorized reading of member data or for any damage that may come to member software and data. The member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Woodzanya for any damage they may suffer due to the use of the woodzanya.com website.
3.7. The member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without authorization. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the member.
3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally responsible both criminally and legally for this violation and shall hold Woodzanya harmless from the legal and penal consequences of these violations. Furthermore, in the event that the matter is referred to the legal domain due to this violation, Woodzanya reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. Woodzanya has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership, or delete files, documents, and information belonging to the customer whenever necessary. The member accepts this measure in advance. In this case, Woodzanya has no responsibility.
3.10. The software and design of the woodzanya.com website are the property of Woodzanya, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws; they cannot be used, acquired, or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. Information such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site and the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of access to the Site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the Web site that provides a direct link to the site may be collected by Woodzanya for the purpose of improving and developing the woodzanya.com website and/or within the framework of legal regulations.
3.12. Woodzanya may disclose the member's personal information when required as a legal obligation or (a) to act in accordance with legal requirements or comply with legal processes notified to Woodzanya; (b) in cases where it believes in good faith that it is necessary to protect and defend the rights and property of Woodzanya and the woodzanya.com site family.
3.13. Measures have been taken within current possibilities to ensure that the woodzanya.com site is free from viruses and similar malicious software. In addition, to ensure final security, the user must provide their own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, by entering the woodzanya.com site, the member is considered to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.
3.14. Woodzanya reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, to change or terminate any service provided to users, or to delete user information and data registered on the woodzanya.com site.
3.15. Woodzanya may change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without the need for prior notice and/or warning in any form or manner. Every provision that is changed, updated, or repealed shall be effective for all members on the date of publication.
3.16. The parties agree and declare that all computer records belonging to Woodzanya will be taken as the sole, true, and exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HUMK), and that said records constitute an evidentiary agreement.
3.17. While Woodzanya is authorized to send informative emails to the registered email addresses of its members and informative SMS to their mobile phones in accordance with this membership agreement, the member shall be deemed to have accepted the sending of informative emails to their email address and informative SMS to their mobile phone by approving this membership agreement.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by Woodzanya. Woodzanya may terminate the agreement unilaterally by canceling the member's membership in the event that the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.
5. Settlement of Disputes
The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes regarding this agreement.
6. Effectiveness
The member's registration means that the member has read all the articles contained in the membership agreement and accepts the articles contained in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded and entered into force mutually at the moment the member became a member.
